Our sushi chef can usually be seen in the open-kitchen restaurant or on the terrace outside at the Live Cooking kitchen as the sushi is prepared on the spot with fresh ingredients. Sushi & Sashimi?

Sushi is a rolled Japanese dish made of cooked rice and often seaweed and is leavened with rice vinegar. This is usually combined with other ingredients such as fish or seafood, fried egg, vegetables and sometimes tropical fruits.

Sashimi is a Japanese dish of fresh raw fish and shellfish cut into thin slices with a very sharp knife. The sashimi is served with various sauces, such as soy sauce, wasabi, ginger and ponzu, and garnishes such as daikon radish, nori and shiso.

Can I also eat a la carte?

We are open every day and you can book online for a la carte dinner.

In Japan, a real sushi chef is called Itamea-San. Such a chef is aware of all aspects and developments surrounding the profession. To become an Itamea-San master, you have to go a long way, as you have to complete a special training.
